1. Lets Chat. Once you've taken the first step by requesting a free consultation and quote, we'll come to your home, measure up and discuss your design ideas, requirements and budget. We'll then send you a formal quote and hope to hear back from you soon. 

2. Lets go Shopping. Once you have accepted the quote, we'll send you a 3D Concept and Floor Plan to give you an idea of what your new bathroom will look like. Our team will work overtime to ensure you are getting exactly what you want before we even pick up the tools. We'll spend a day taking you shopping to our favourite suppliers, getting you the best prices, and getting to know each other, because after all, we are about to spend at least 4 weeks in your home; and building relationships with our clients based on trust and good communication before we step through the door is really important to us.

3. Lets get Started. Once we have finalised your selections and layout, we start the demolition process. We'll set up our dust extraction fans and lay down floor protection and we are ready to go! 

4. Lets Wrap it Up. Your bathroom renovation will take approximately 4 weeks from demolition to handover. We'll constantly be in communication with you during the process, giving you regular updates along the way and upon completion you'll be issued with all of your compliance certificates. 

5. Lets get Social. We're not done yet... we are coming back! Because we already know your bathroom is going to look amazing, we'll organise a time to return and stage your bathroom to take some photos so we can showcase it on our website and social media accounts.
